These terms apply to every purchase made on this website, operated by malguem ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Products

malguem products are cosmetic skin care products. They are not medical devices or medicines, and nothing on this site is medical advice. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under medical care, consult a professional before use. Results vary from person to person.

2. Safe use

Always follow the directions supplied with each product. For external use on the face only. Do not use on broken, irritated or infected skin. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use if you are allergic to any listed ingredient. Try a small patch of skin first and stop using the product if irritation occurs. Keep all products out of reach of children.

3. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel or refuse any order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was listed in error, and we will refund you in full in that case. Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates. See our Shipping policy for details. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns and refunds

Our 30-day money-back guarantee is described in our Return and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Accuracy of information

We try to keep product descriptions, pricing and availability accurate, but errors can occur. We may correct them at any time without notice.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and product names, belongs to malguem or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this site at the time of your order applies to that order.
